Under the umbrella of Foodex, UATIC’s catering arm, the United Arab Central Kitchen is a catering service that offers full- service location meal preparations to fast-paced and demanding industries including weddings, cocktail receptions, movie productions and sports events. The central kitchen includes: Shawerma Dar for the true taste of superior quality shawerma, Zee Diner for delicious burgers and fast food and Lunch Box for low-cost meals for employees throughout the Country.
